Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unopened and in its original condition.
  • Be unused, with original tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: If the product has been opened, it will not be eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used products (e.g., serums, essential oils, and hair sprays).
  • Custom or personalized products tailored to individual requirements.
  • Hazardous materials or items containing flammable liquids.

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to first return the product and, once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the desired replacement.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
